- 1 oz banana liqueur
- 1 oz vanilla vodka
- 1 oz dark rum
- 2 oz heavy cream
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- Caramel sauce for rimming and garnish

Pour caramel sauce onto a shallow plate and crushed graham crackers onto another plate.
Dip the rim of a martini glass into the caramel sauce, then into the crushed graham crackers for a decorative edge.
Place the glass in the freezer to chill.
Slice the banana into rounds and sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon and sugar.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and caramelize the slices until golden brown. Set aside to cool.
Add banana liqueur, vanilla vodka, dark rum, heavy cream, and ground cinnamon to a cocktail shaker.
Fill the shaker with ice until three-quarters full.
Secure the lid and shake vigorously for 20–30 seconds until the outside of the shaker feels cold and frosty.
Remove the chilled glass from the freezer and strain the cocktail into it, ensuring a silky texture.
Top with caramelized banana slices and drizzle caramel sauce over the top.
Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon for extra flair.
Enjoy!
