Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz whiskey bourbon or Irish whiskey
  • 1 oz vanilla liqueur e.g., Licor 43 or vanilla vodka
  • 1 oz cream liqueur e.g., Baileys or RumChata
  • 1 oz heavy cream
  • ½ oz simple syrup adjust to taste
  • Whipped cream for garnish
  • Sprinkles for garnish
  • Ice enough to fill the shaker

Instructions
 

  • Rim a rocks glass with sprinkles by dipping the rim in simple syrup or water, then rolling it in sprinkles. Set aside.
  • In a cocktail shaker, combine the whiskey, vanilla liqueur, cream liqueur, heavy cream, simple syrup, and a handful of ice.
  • Shake the mixture vigorously for 15–20 seconds to combine and create a frothy texture.
  • Taste the mixture. Add more simple syrup if needed for sweetness or a dash of cream for extra richness.
  • Using a fine mesh strainer, pour the cocktail into the prepared glass.
  • Top with a swirl of whipped cream and a generous sprinkle of sprinkles for a festive touch.
  • Serve immediately while chilled and enjoy the celebration in a glass!
