  • 1 ½ oz 45 ml vodka
  • 1 oz 30 ml butterscotch schnapps
  • 1 oz 30 ml fresh espresso (slightly cooled)
  • ½ oz 15 ml coffee liqueur (e.g., Kahlúa)
  • ½ oz 15 ml simple syrup (optional)
  • Ice cubes
  • Butterscotch candy or 3 coffee beans garnish

Instructions
 

  • Prepare 1 oz of fresh espresso or strong coffee. Let it cool slightly to avoid melting the ice in the shaker.
  • Add ice cubes to a cocktail shaker, filling it halfway.
  • Pour vodka, butterscotch schnapps, coffee liqueur, and the cooled espresso into the shaker.
  • If you prefer a sweeter drink, add ½ oz of simple syrup.
  • Secure the shaker lid and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds. This chills the drink and creates a creamy foam.
  • Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass using a fine mesh or cocktail strainer to remove ice shards.
