  • 1 oz Raspberry liqueur e.g., Chambord
  • 1 oz White crème de cacao or chocolate syrup
  • 1 oz Raspberry puree or raspberry syrup

  • Fresh raspberries 2-3, for garnish
  • Chocolate shavings or a chocolate-dipped raspberry optional, for garnish

Instructions

  • Dip the rim of a martini glass in melted chocolate or raspberry syrup, then coat it with cocoa powder or fine sugar. For extra flair, drizzle chocolate syrup inside the glass in a swirl pattern.
  • Place the glass in the freezer to chill while preparing the cocktail.
  • Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with fresh ice.
  • Add 2 ounces of vodka, 1 ounce of raspberry liqueur, 1 ounce of crème de cacao or chocolate syrup, and 1 ounce of raspberry puree or syrup.
  • (Optional) Add 1 ounce of heavy cream for a richer texture.
  • Secure the shaker and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds to thoroughly chill and mix the drink.
  • Using the strainer on your shaker, pour the mixture into the prepared, chilled martini glass.
  • Top the drink with fresh raspberries on a skewer, chocolate shavings, or a chocolate-dipped raspberry.
  • Optionally, add a dollop of whipped cream and a dusting of cocoa powder for a dessert-like finish.
  • Sip and savor the decadent blend of rich chocolate and tart raspberries.
