Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz cranberry juice unsweetened or sweetened
  • 1/2 oz Cointreau or Triple Sec/Grand Marnier
  • 4 oz champagne or sparkling wine, chilled
  • Fresh cranberries optional, for garnish
  • Orange peel twist optional, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Place a champagne flute or wine glass in the freezer for a few minutes to keep the drink cold.
  • Pour 2 oz of cranberry juice and 1/2 oz of Cointreau into the chilled glass.
  • Slowly pour 4 oz of chilled champagne into the glass. Pour gently to preserve the bubbles.
  • Drop a few fresh cranberries into the glass for a festive touch.
  • Add an orange peel twist to enhance the citrus aroma.
  • Serve Immediately

Notes

Optional Variations:
  • Use prosecco or cava instead of champagne.
