- 2 oz cranberry juice unsweetened or sweetened
- 1/2 oz Cointreau or Triple Sec/Grand Marnier
- 4 oz champagne or sparkling wine, chilled
- Fresh cranberries optional, for garnish
- Orange peel twist optional, for garnish
Place a champagne flute or wine glass in the freezer for a few minutes to keep the drink cold.
Pour 2 oz of cranberry juice and 1/2 oz of Cointreau into the chilled glass.
Slowly pour 4 oz of chilled champagne into the glass. Pour gently to preserve the bubbles.
Drop a few fresh cranberries into the glass for a festive touch.
Add an orange peel twist to enhance the citrus aroma.
