Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup white or dark rum
  • 2 cups cranberry juice unsweetened or sweetened
  • 1 cup orange juice freshly squeezed, if possible
  • 1 cup sparkling water or club soda
  • 1/2 cup fresh cranberries for garnish
  • 1 orange sliced (for garnish)
  • 3-4 sprigs of rosemary for garnish
  • Ice

Instructions
 

  • In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine the rum, cranberry juice, and orange juice. Stir well to mix.
  • Just before serving, pour in the sparkling water or club soda to give the punch its bubbly finish.
  • Add ice to the pitcher or punch bowl to keep the drink cold. For minimal dilution, use large ice cubes or a single large ice block.
  • Add fresh cranberries, orange slices, and rosemary sprigs directly to the punch for a festive look.
  • Ladle the punch into glasses filled with ice. Garnish each glass with a cranberry or a small rosemary sprig for added holiday flair.
