Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz whiskey
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • ¾ oz maple syrup
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 egg white optional
  • Ice
  • 1 cinnamon stick or lemon wedge optional
  • 1 maraschino cherry optional

Instructions
 

  • Combine whiskey, lemon juice, maple syrup, cinnamon, and egg white (optional) in a shaker.
  • Dry shake for 15-20 seconds if using egg white.
  • Add ice, shake for 20-30 seconds.
  • Strain into a chilled rocks glass with ice.
  • Garnish and serve.
