Ingredients
  

  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder
  • 2 ounces vodka
  • 1 ounce white chocolate liqueur
  • 1 ounce heavy cream or coconut cream for dairy-free
  • 1 teaspoon simple syrup optional
  • Ice a handful
  • Matcha powder or white chocolate shavings for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl or mug, whisk 1 teaspoon of matcha powder with 1 tablespoon of hot water (not boiling) until smooth and lump-free.
  • Fill a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice to chill the drink.
  • Add the prepared matcha paste, vodka, white chocolate liqueur, heavy cream, and optional simple syrup into the shaker.
  • Seal the shaker and shake vigorously for 20–30 seconds. This chills the drink, mixes the ingredients, and froths the cream slightly.
  • Strain the cocktail into a chilled martini or coupe glass using a fine-mesh strainer for a silky texture.
  • Dust a pinch of sifted matcha powder on top or add white chocolate shavings for a decorative touch.
