- 2 cups sparkling water or club soda
- 1 cup vodka
- Ice cubes

Run a lemon wedge around the rim of each glass.
Dip the rims into sugar for a decorative touch. Set the glasses aside.
Blend 2 cups of raspberries with 1/4 cup of water until smooth.
Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve to remove seeds, leaving a silky raspberry puree.
In a large pitcher, combine the raspberry puree, 1 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice, and 1/2 cup of simple syrup.
Stir well and taste-test. Adjust sweetness or tartness to your preference by adding more syrup or lemon juice.
Stir in 1 cup of vodka.
Just before serving, pour in 2 cups of sparkling water to maintain the fizz.
