Eggnog Espresso Martini

A creamy, festive twist on the classic espresso martini made with rich eggnog, freshly pulled espresso, vodka, and warming holiday spices. It’s smooth, slightly sweet, coffee-forward, and feels like a cozy dessert in a glass.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1.5 oz eggnog refrigerated, not shelf-stable
  • 1 oz freshly brewed espresso slightly cooled
  • 0.75 oz coffee liqueur Kahlúa or Mr. Black
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract optional
  • Pinch of nutmeg or cinnamon
  • Ice
  • Extra nutmeg or cinnamon for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Place a martini or coupe glass in the freezer for 5–10 minutes to chill.
  • Brew a shot of espresso and allow it to cool slightly (warm is fine — just not hot).
  • Add vodka, eggnog, espresso, coffee liqueur, vanilla extract, and a pinch of nutmeg or cinnamon to a cocktail shaker.
  • Add a handful of ice, then shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds to chill and create a light foam.
  • Double strain into your chilled martini glass for a silky finish.
  • Garnish with a light dusting of nutmeg or cinnamon on top.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
