Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 oz vodka
  • 1 oz blue curaçao
  • 1 oz cream of coconut e.g., Coco Lopez
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • Shredded coconut for rim
  • Ice handful
  • Pineapple wedge optional garnish
  • Maraschino cherry optional garnish

Instructions
 

  • Spread shredded coconut on a small plate.
  • Dip the rim of a glass into water or pineapple juice, then press it into the shredded coconut to coat the rim.
  • In a blender, combine vodka, blue curaçao, cream of coconut, and pineapple juice.
  • Add a handful of ice and blend until smooth and slushy.
  • Pour the blended mixture into the prepared glass.
  • Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry for a festive touch.
