Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz cherry liqueur
  • 1 oz grenadine syrup
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cup soda water or lemon-lime soda
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • 1 maraschino cherry for garnish
  • Chocolate shavings or sprinkles optional, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Place your serving glass in the freezer for 10 minutes to keep your float cold.
  • Pour 2 oz cherry liqueur and 1 oz grenadine into the chilled glass. Stir gently to combine.
  • Add two scoops of vanilla ice cream to the glass, carefully placing them on top of the liquid.
  • Slowly pour 1/2 cup of soda water or lemon-lime soda over the ice cream. Pour gently to avoid overflow and create a frothy head.
  • Add a generous swirl of whipped cream, top with a maraschino cherry, and sprinkle with chocolate shavings or sprinkles if desired.
  • Enjoy with a straw and spoon for the perfect balance of creamy and fizzy goodness!
