- 1 oz cream of coconut like Coco López

Place your serving glass (rocks glass or tiki mug) in the freezer or fill it with ice water to chill while you prepare the drink.
In a cocktail shaker, add: 2 oz dark rum, 4 oz pineapple juice, 1 oz orange juice, 1 oz cream of coconut
Tip: Add the cream of coconut last to avoid sticking to your tools.
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until the mixture is well-chilled and slightly frothy.
Dump out any ice water from the glass, then fill it with crushed ice.
Strain the cocktail into the prepared glass over the crushed ice.
Alternatively, pour the mixture directly with the ice from the shaker for a frothier texture.
Sprinkle freshly grated nutmeg on top for a warm, aromatic finish. Add a pineapple wedge or orange slice for a decorative touch.
Sip immediately and let the tropical flavors transport you to paradise!
