Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz bourbon
  • 1 oz peach schnapps
  • 1 oz heavy cream
  • 1 oz brown sugar simple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon for garnish
  • Crushed graham crackers for rimming the glass
  • Ice
  • Peach slice or cinnamon stick for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Pour a small amount of brown sugar simple syrup onto a plate.
  • Dip the rim of a martini glass into the syrup, then coat it with crushed graham crackers.
  • Place the prepared glass in the freezer for a few minutes to chill.
  • In a cocktail shaker, add 2 oz bourbon, 1 oz peach schnapps, 1 oz heavy cream, 1 oz brown sugar simple syrup, and a scoop of ice.
  • Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until the mixture is well-chilled and frothy.
  • Strain the mixture into the prepared martini glass using a fine mesh strainer for a smooth finish.
  • Dust the top with a pinch of cinnamon. Add a peach slice or rest a cinnamon stick on the glass for extra flair.
