- 2 oz bourbon
- 1 oz peach schnapps
- 1 oz heavy cream
- 1 oz brown sugar simple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon for garnish
- Crushed graham crackers for rimming the glass
- Ice
- Peach slice or cinnamon stick for garnish
Pour a small amount of brown sugar simple syrup onto a plate.
Dip the rim of a martini glass into the syrup, then coat it with crushed graham crackers.
Place the prepared glass in the freezer for a few minutes to chill.
In a cocktail shaker, add 2 oz bourbon, 1 oz peach schnapps, 1 oz heavy cream, 1 oz brown sugar simple syrup, and a scoop of ice.
Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until the mixture is well-chilled and frothy.
Strain the mixture into the prepared martini glass using a fine mesh strainer for a smooth finish.
