Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups frozen peach slices
  • 1 bottle 750ml chilled white wine (Moscato, Riesling, or Pinot Grigio)
  • 1 cup ice cubes optional
  • 2 tablespoons honey or simple syrup
  • Juice of 1 lemon about 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh peach slices mint leaves, or sugar-rimmed glasses (optional garnishes)

  • Chill the wine in advance, and make sure your peaches are frozen for the best texture.
  • In a high-speed blender, combine frozen peach slices, chilled wine, and lemon juice. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste the mixture. If you’d like it sweeter, add honey or simple syrup a little at a time, blending briefly after each addition.
  • For a frostier texture, toss in the ice cubes and blend until the slushie reaches your desired consistency.
  • Add a splash of wine or water if the mixture is too thick.
  • Pour the slushie into chilled glasses. Garnish with a slice of fresh peach, a sprig of mint, or a sugar-rimmed glass for an elegant touch.
