Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups pineapple juice 100% pure or fresh-pressed
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemonade
  • 1 cup bourbon choose one with caramel and vanilla notes
  • 2 tablespoons honey optional, for added sweetness
  • 1 cup soda water
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh pineapple slices or wedges for garnish
  • Mint leaves optional, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Prepare all ingredients and ensure your pitcher, glasses, and tools are ready.
  • In a large pitcher, combine the pineapple juice, lemonade, and bourbon. Stir well.
  • If using honey, warm it slightly, then stir it into the mix until fully dissolved.
  • Fill the pitcher with ice to keep the mixture cold and refreshing. Chilling the glasses beforehand is optional but recommended.
  • Just before serving, pour in the soda water. Gently stir to mix without losing the bubbles.
  • Cut fresh pineapple wedges for garnish. Add a sprig of mint to each glass for extra aroma and visual appeal.
  • Pour the drink into glasses filled with ice.
  • Top with garnishes, serve immediately, and enjoy the tropical flavors.
