- 4 ounces Prosecco chilled
- 1 ounce Club Soda optional, for extra fizz

Ensure your prosecco is thoroughly chilled before you begin.
Take a tall glass or wine glass and fill it halfway with ice cubes.
For a decorative touch, rim the glass with sugar by rubbing a lemon wedge around the rim and dipping it in sugar.
Pour 2 ounces of limoncello and 3 ounces of pineapple juice into the glass. Gently stir to combine the flavors.
Slowly pour 4 ounces of chilled prosecco into the glass to preserve the bubbles.
If desired, top with 1 ounce of club soda for extra sparkle.
Decorate the drink with a fresh pineapple slice, a lemon wheel, and a sprig of mint for a vibrant and aromatic finish.
Taste the cocktail and adjust if needed (add a splash of soda or a drizzle of honey for balance).
Serve immediately while cold and bubbly.
