Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup silver tequila
  • 1/4 cup triple sec or Cointreau
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice about 2-3 limes
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup adjust to taste
  • 1/2 cup chilled pink champagne or sparkling rosé
  • Ice for shaking and serving
  • Salt or sugar for rimming the glass
  • Lime wedges and fresh raspberries for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Rub a lime wedge around the rim of your glass.
  • Dip the rim into salt or sugar on a small plate to coat.
  • Chill the glass in the freezer while you prepare the cocktail.
  • Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
  • Add tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and agave syrup.
  • Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds to chill and combine.
  • Strain the margarita base into the prepared glass filled with fresh ice.
  • Slowly pour in pink champagne, about 1/2 cup per serving. Stir gently to combine.
  • Add a lime wedge to the rim and a few fresh raspberries to the glass.
  • For extra flair, skewer raspberries on a cocktail pick.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy the fizz and flavor!
