- 2 oz vanilla vodka
- 1 oz strawberry puree fresh or store-bought
- 1 egg white for froth
- 3 oz prosecco chilled
- 1/2 tsp edible pink shimmer optional
- Ice for shaking
In a cocktail shaker, combine vanilla vodka, strawberry puree, and egg white.
Shake without ice (dry shake) for 15 seconds to emulsify the egg white and create froth.
Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously again for another 15-20 seconds until the shaker feels frosty.
Strain the mixture into a coupe or flute glass. The frothy top should naturally separate and settle.
Gently pour chilled prosecco along the side of the glass to maintain the foam and add sparkle.
Sprinkle edible pink shimmer on top for a dazzling finishing touch.
