Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz vanilla vodka
  • 1 oz strawberry puree fresh or store-bought
  • 1 egg white for froth
  • 3 oz prosecco chilled
  • 1/2 tsp edible pink shimmer optional
  • Ice for shaking

Instructions
 

  • In a cocktail shaker, combine vanilla vodka, strawberry puree, and egg white.
  • Shake without ice (dry shake) for 15 seconds to emulsify the egg white and create froth.
  • Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously again for another 15-20 seconds until the shaker feels frosty.
  • Strain the mixture into a coupe or flute glass. The frothy top should naturally separate and settle.
  • Gently pour chilled prosecco along the side of the glass to maintain the foam and add sparkle.
  • Sprinkle edible pink shimmer on top for a dazzling finishing touch.
