Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz vodka
  • 3 oz pomegranate juice
  • 1 oz rose syrup
  • 4 oz ginger beer
  • Ice enough to fill the mug
  • Pomegranate seeds fresh mint, or a lime wedge (optional garnish)
  • Sugar and a splash of pomegranate juice for the rim

Instructions
 

  • Dip the rim of a copper mug into a shallow dish of pomegranate juice.
  • Press the rim into a plate of sugar to create a sugared edge.
  • Fill the copper mug with ice. Crushed ice works best, but regular ice cubes will do the job.
  • Measure and pour 2 ounces of vodka over the ice.
  • Pour in 3 ounces of pomegranate juice and 1 ounce of rose syrup.
  • Gently stir to combine the flavors.
  • Slowly add 4 ounces of ginger beer to avoid losing its fizz.
  • Add a few pomegranate seeds, a sprig of fresh mint, or a lime wedge for visual flair and extra flavor.
  • Serve immediately with a straw to keep the sugared rim intact.
  • Enjoy chilled!
