- 2 oz Vanilla Vodka
- 1 oz Irish Cream Liqueur
- 1 oz Chocolate Liqueur
- 1 oz Heavy Cream or Half-and-Half
- 3-4 drops Red Food Coloring
- 2 tbsp Crushed Red Velvet Cake Crumbs or Red Sanding Sugar
- 1-2 tbsp Whipped Cream optional, for topping
- Chocolate Shavings or Small Red Velvet Cake Piece optional, for garnish
- Ice
Dip the rim of a chilled martini glass into simple syrup and then into crushed red velvet cake crumbs or red sanding sugar. Set aside.
Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
Add 2 ounces of vanilla vodka, 1 ounce of Irish cream liqueur, 1 ounce of chocolate liqueur, 1 ounce of heavy cream or half-and-half, and 3-4 drops of red food coloring.
Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until well-chilled.
Drizzle chocolate syrup along the inside of the martini glass to create decorative swirls (optional).
Strain the cocktail mixture into the prepared martini glass.
Top with whipped cream, sprinkle with chocolate shavings, or garnish with a small piece of red velvet cake for an elegant finish.
