Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz Irish whiskey
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • ¾ oz simple syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • Ice for shaking and chilling
  • Lime wedge or green maraschino cherry for garnish

  • Place your glass in the freezer or fill it with ice to chill.
  • In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz Irish whiskey, 1 oz fresh lime juice, ¾ oz simple syrup, and 1 egg white.
  • Shake the mixture (without ice) for about 10 seconds to emulsify the egg white and create a frothy texture.
  • Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds to chill and mix the ingredients.
  • Strain the mixture into your chilled glass, making sure to hold back the ice.
  • Add a lime wedge or green maraschino cherry for a festive touch.
