Ingredients
  

For the cocktail:

  • 1 oz vodka
  • 1 oz coffee liqueur e.g., Kahlúa
  • 2 oz heavy cream
  • 1 oz chocolate syrup
  • Mini marshmallows for garnish
  • Chocolate shavings optional garnish

For garnish:

  • 2 tbsp chocolate syrup
  • 2 crushed graham crackers

Instructions
 

  • Pour chocolate syrup onto a small plate.
  • Place crushed graham crackers on another plate.
  • Dip the rim of your glass into the chocolate syrup, ensuring an even coat.
  • Press the rim into the graham cracker crumbs until fully covered. Set the glass aside.
  • Fill the prepared glass with ice.
  • Pour in 1 oz vodka and 1 oz coffee liqueur. Stir gently to combine.
  • Add 1 oz chocolate syrup and stir again for a uniform mix.
  • Slowly pour 2 oz of heavy cream over the back of a spoon held just above the drink’s surface to create a layered effect.
  • Toast mini marshmallows using a kitchen torch or over an open flame until golden.
  • Skewer marshmallows on a cocktail pick or place directly on top of the drink.
  • Sprinkle chocolate shavings for an extra touch of indulgence.
  • Your S'mores White Russian is ready to sip! Serve immediately with a straw or stir stick if desired.
