This Snickerdoodle Martini is a creamy, cinnamon-sugar cocktail inspired by the beloved holiday cookie. Perfect for festive gatherings or cozy nights in, it combines vanilla vodka, Irish cream, cinnamon schnapps (or RumChata), and heavy cream, creating a rich, indulgent treat served in a cinnamon-sugar-rimmed glass.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ oz vanilla vodka
  • 1 oz Irish cream liqueur e.g., Baileys
  • 1 oz cinnamon schnapps or RumChata
  • ½ oz heavy cream
  • Cinnamon sugar for rimming the glass
  • Cinnamon stick whipped cream, or ground cinnamon (Optional garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Pour a small amount of water, simple syrup, or Irish cream onto a plate.
  • Dip the rim of a martini glass into the liquid, then into a plate of cinnamon sugar to coat the rim.
  • Chill the prepared glass in the freezer for 5–10 minutes for an extra frosty touch.
  • In a cocktail shaker, add: 1 ½ oz vanilla vodka, 1 oz Irish cream liqueur, 1 oz cinnamon schnapps or RumChata, ½ oz heavy cream
  • Fill the shaker halfway with ice.
  • Shake vigorously for 20–30 seconds until the shaker feels ice-cold to the touch. This ensures the cocktail is well-chilled and creamy.
  • Using a cocktail strainer, pour the cocktail into the prepared martini glass. Be careful not to disturb the cinnamon sugar rim.
  • Add optional garnishes such as a cinnamon stick, whipped cream, or a sprinkle of ground cinnamon for a festive finishing touch.
