Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries hulled
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • 2 oz silver tequila
  • 1 oz triple sec
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 oz agave syrup optional
  • 2 cups ice
  • Salt or shredded coconut for rimming optional
  • Fresh strawberry and lime slice for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Rub a lime wedge around the rim of your glass.
  • Dip the rim into a plate of salt or shredded coconut for a fun, decorative touch. Set aside.
  • Combine the fresh strawberries with a splash of lime juice in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Strain through a fine mesh sieve to remove seeds for a silky texture (optional).
  • In the blender, add the prepared strawberry puree, coconut cream, tequila, triple sec, lime juice, agave syrup (if desired), and ice.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust the consistency with a splash of water or more lime juice if it's too thick.
  • Sample the mixture and adjust flavors as needed. Add more agave syrup for sweetness or extra lime juice for tanginess.
  • Pour the blended margarita into your prepared glass. Garnish with a fresh strawberry or lime slice on the rim. Add a cocktail umbrella for extra flair if desired.
