Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup strawberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup mango chunks fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup Moscato wine sweet or semi-sweet
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 –2 tablespoons honey or simple syrup optional, to taste
  • 2 cups ice

Optional Garnishes

  • Fresh fruit slices strawberries, mangoes
  • Mint leaves
  • Sugar or salt for rimming the glasses

Instructions
 

  • Wash and cut the strawberries and mangoes if using fresh. For extra chill, freeze the fruit for about an hour beforehand.
  • Add strawberries, mango chunks, Moscato wine, orange juice, and ice to a blender. Blend on high until smooth and slushy.
  • Taste the slushie. If needed, add honey or simple syrup in small amounts, blending after each addition, until desired sweetness is achieved.
  • To rim glasses, rub a slice of lime or orange along the edge and dip it into sugar or salt on a shallow plate.
  • Pour the slushie into the prepared glasses. Garnish with strawberry slices, mango chunks, or mint leaves for a decorative touch.
