- 2 oz vodka
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice about 1 small lemon
- 1 oz strawberry syrup store-bought or homemade
- ½ oz sour mix
- Splash of soda water
- Crushed ice
- 2 –3 pieces of strawberry sour candy for garnish and infusion
- Lemon wheel and fresh strawberry optional garnish
Rim a rocks glass with lemon juice and dip it into sugar for a frosted edge. Fill the glass with crushed ice.
Place 2–3 pieces of strawberry sour candy in the vodka and let it sit for 15–30 minutes to enhance the candy flavor. (optional)
In a cocktail shaker filled with crushed ice, combine vodka, lemon juice, strawberry syrup, and sour mix.
Shake well for about 15 seconds until chilled.
Strain the shaken mixture into your prepared glass over crushed ice. Add a splash of soda water for fizz.
