Lightly moisten the rim of a martini glass with a lemon wedge or a bit of simple syrup.
Dip the rim into sugar or sprinkles on a shallow plate, ensuring it’s evenly coated. Set aside.
In a cocktail shaker, combine: 2 ounces vanilla vodka
1 oz Baileys Irish Cream, ½ oz amaretto, 1 oz milk or heavy cream, ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract and ½ teaspoon simple syrup for added sweetness (optional).
Add a handful of ice cubes to the shaker.
Secure the lid and shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds until the ingredients are well mixed and the drink is thoroughly chilled.
Carefully strain the mixture into the prepared glass, taking care not to disturb the sugared rim.
Add a dollop of whipped cream for extra indulgence. (optional)
