Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 oz white chocolate liqueur
  • 1 oz vodka vanilla vodka optional
  • 1 oz pistachio cream liqueur
  • 0.5 oz heavy cream
  • Crushed pistachios for rimming the glass
  • White chocolate shavings optional garnish

Instructions
 

  • Rub the rim of a martini glass with a slice of lemon or simple syrup.
  • Dip the rim into crushed pistachios to coat. Set aside in the freezer to chill.
  • In a cocktail shaker, add the following: 1.5 oz white chocolate liqueur, 1 oz vodka, 1 oz pistachio cream liqueur, and 0.5 oz heavy cream
  • Add a handful of ice to the shaker.
  • Shake the mixture vigorously for 15–20 seconds to chill and blend the ingredients. The cream will become frothy for a luxurious texture.
  • Remove the chilled martini glass from the freezer. Strain the cocktail into the prepared glass.
  • Top with white chocolate shavings or a sprinkle of crushed pistachios for an elegant finish.
