  • 3/4 oz elderflower liqueur (like St-Germain)
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 6-8 fresh mint leaves
  • Ice cubes
  • Mint sprig for garnish

  • Rocks glass

Instructions:

  1. Add mint leaves, lime juice, and simple syrup to a shaker. Muddle gently to release the mint’s aroma—don’t pulverize it; we’re not making pesto here!
  2. Add vodka, elderflower liqueur, and ice to the shaker. Shake well for about 15 seconds.
  3. Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
  4. Garnish with a generous mint sprig—make it look like a little bouquet.
  5. Sip and enjoy!
