The closest major international airport is in Ioannis Kapodistrias Corfu (IATA: CFU), which is about 10 km away from Kavos. From there you can take a taxi, bus or rental car to Kavos.
How do I get from the airport to Kavos?
Once you’ve landed, the only way to get to Kavos is by taxi or bus.
In order to access Kavos from Corfu’s Ioannis Kapodistrias Airport, you’ll need to first take a taxi, bus, or rental car north to the city of Gouvia and then take the ferry to Kavos.
Here are some details on how to get there by each method:
– Taxi: A taxi ride from the airport to Gouvia will cost about 15-20 EUR per carload. It takes 20 minutes by car to reach Gouvia, and the taxi should drop you off right in front of the main bus station.
